We don't take ourselves too seriously — but we take your experience very seriously.
I've spent the last eight years behind the bar with a genuine curiosity about what ends up in the glass. Growing up overseas — largely in China — gave me an early appreciation for the way food and culture are inseparable, and Asian cuisine remains a deep source of inspiration in everything I create.
I'm a firm believer in food as medicine; that what we eat and drink should nourish as much as it delights. That means leaning into local ingredients, thoughtful pairings, and menus that feel intentional from the first bite to the last sip.
When I'm not crafting cocktails or building menus, you'll find me chasing good music, good flavour, and good people. Common Table is where all of it comes together.
I was born in Pereira, Colombia, and grew up with the normalization of farm-to-table meals — fresh food has always just been a part of my life.
The kitchen has always been a place where wisdom gets passed down. A place where you can come as you are and be transformed. All that work, made to be enjoyed at the table.
The most memorable moments of my life involve the table, and I want to share that with my community through our events.
The things we believe every great event should have.
Every table we set is an invitation. We build events around connection — between people, flavours, and moments.
We treat every cocktail and every menu like a piece of art. Thoughtful ingredients, unexpected combinations, real skill.
We keep things warm, relaxed, and genuinely fun. Good hospitality shouldn't feel stiff — it should feel like home.
Private parties, weddings, corporate events — we'd love to be there.
